在静态资源文件夹下，写上一个index.html，就可以默认访问index.html了：

即输入localhost:8080/，就访问这个界面。

但是，这样不够灵活。

可以自己配置一个配置类来部分接管webMvcConfiguration，

这样，在访问localhost:8080/index.html或者localhost:8080/时就会访问login.html了。

注意,这里一定要@Bean，将组件注册在容器中。
